After an incredibly competitive spring season, the Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA) recently crowned its State Cup Champions at the Richard Siegel Soccer Complex in Murfreesboro. Division 1 and Division 2 girls champions were determined in the 13U-19U age groups, along with Division 1 and Division 2 boys teams in the 13U-14U brackets. Additionally, champions were decided for 12U boys and girls teams as well.
“What an exciting way to end May, crowning over 30+ TN State Cup Champions!” stated Jeannie Louk, Director of Leagues and Programs at the Tennessee State Soccer Association. “We welcomed many new teams, as well as some returning ones, to the champion’s circle. Now, we get to go cheer on many of these teams in their next championship. We have 15 teams competing in Southern Presidents Cup and 22 teams competing in Southern Regionals. Good luck to all teams!”
