LeGrand Coffee House Opening this Year at New Development Located at 10 Green Street
Following a recent launch of his own coffee business and online shop, Eric LeGrand officially announced that the brick-and-mortar location of LeGrand Coffee House will be as part of a new development at 10 Green Street in his hometown of Woodbridge, N.J.
“It has been hard to keep the secret, but I am very excited about announcing the LeGrand Coffee House location,” said LeGrand. “Bringing LeGrand Coffee House to Avenue & Green is going to give us the opportunity to welcome new people to the Woodbridge community as well as being able to support my hometown at the same time. I could not be more thankful to everybody who played a role in making this happen, and it is time to bring unity to the community with a daily cup of bELieve.”
Scheduled to open in late summer or early fall of 2021, LeGrand Coffee House will be serving premium coffee products along with traditional baked goods and food items. All coffee beverages will be roasted from top-quality beans and to the highest standards. Expanding upon its three core principles of coffee, comfort and satisfaction, LeGrand Coffee House will be an inviting and all-inclusive space that encourages customers to socialize and relax. Whether on their morning commute or when they are in need of a midday pick-me-up, LeGrand hopes to bring people together and inspire them by providing a daily cup of bELieve that will remind them to attack their goals each and every day.
Being developed by Prism Capital Partners, Avenue & Green is located next to the Woodbridge Train Station at the corner of Rahway Avenue and Green Street. The five-acre redevelopment will be a mixed-use facility that consists of 232 residential apartments and 12,000 square feet of retail space.
In October 2010, LeGrand sustained a spinal cord injury at his C3 and C4 vertebrae while playing football for Rutgers University. Since that life-altering incident occurred, he has become a worldwide source of inspiration whose message of positivity has influenced a countless number of people throughout the world.
