New Jersey Youth Soccer and JAG Physical Therapy (JAG PT) announced today a partnership that designates JAG PT as the Official Injury Prevention and Physical Therapy Provider for NJ Youth Soccer. Through the relationship, JAG PT will support a variety of NJ Youth Soccer events and provide content to educate its membership about health and wellness. Further, JAG will sponsor a Comeback Player of the Year Award to honor a deserving player at the NJ Youth Soccer Annual Awards Dinner.

“Player health and safety is a critical component of athletic development, which is why we are so excited about this partnership with JAG Physical Therapy,” said Evan Dabby, Executive Director of NJ Youth Soccer. “John Gallucci and his team have consistently proven themselves as being one of the top physical therapy providers for professional athletes and young recreational players alike. With their guidance and expertise, we look forward to keeping health and safety at the forefront of our programming.”

JAG PT will take a lead in providing injury prevention messages for players and coaches within the NJ Youth Soccer system.

“We are very excited to be working with NJ Youth Soccer,” said John Gallucci, Jr., President and CEO of JAG Physical Therapy. “We firmly believe that the most effective way to prevent injuries is to educate at the youth level. Soccer is the fastest growing team sport in the United States, so to have the opportunity to work with NJ Youth Soccer’s more than 140,000 registered players and more than 40,000 coaches is a great honor.”

JAG PT is privately owned and has 15 locations throughout the tri-state area. Their experienced physical therapists, athletic trainers and exercise physiologists are invested in the full recovery of every individual who uses their services, offering each patient a specialized treatment plan that is based on personal goals and needs.
