Open Space Pace and Festival of Horses Set for September 16 at Freehold Raceway
Peter Grandich and Company announced today that it will serve as a major sponsor of the 6th Annual Open Space Pace and Festival of Horses. The day-long celebration is set for Saturday, September 16, at Freehold (N.J.) Raceway, with Trinity Financial, Sports & Entertainment Management Company, a division of Peter Grandich and Company, having seven former professional athletes and members of its Advisory Board on hand throughout the event.

Fans in attendance will feel like they are the ones who are in the winner’s circle, as Peter Grandich and Company will have many well-known athletes and champions in attendance. The athletes currently scheduled to appear include New York Jets legend Joe Klecko, three-time Super Bowl champion Dan Klecko, two-time Super Bowl champion Lee Rouson, two-time Stanley Cup champion Grant Marshall, former Irish boxing contender turned actor John Duddy, as well as New York Rangers greats Ron Greschner and Nick Fotiu.
The 6th Annual Open Space Pace and Festival of Horses is a free admission, all-day event that will begin at 10:30 a.m. on September 16 with a parade that marches from the Freehold Hall of Records to Freehold Raceway. At the racetrack, there will be educational exhibits, amateur horse races, under-saddle races and other fun events for people of all ages, with the standard race card beginning at 12:30 p.m. Between races, there be live music and additional family-friendly entertainment. At the end of the day, there will also be a concert hosted at the racetrack.
