TSC Williamson 17U Girls Advance at USYS National Presidents Cup

TSC Williamson 2007 Girls Showcase (17U Girls) is continuing their quest for a national title in Wichita, Kansas, with semifinal action getting underway on Monday at the US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup. SCOR 11 GU13 Lady Mustangs (13U Girls) also represented Tennessee at the USYS National Presidents Cup, but they unfortunately saw their tournament run come to an end at the conclusion of group play.

TSC Williamson 2007 Girls Showcase (17U Girls) finished the opening round of the competition with a cumulative 1-1-1 record. Their four points and even goal differential was enough for the Tennessee side to punch their ticket to the semifinals on Monday morning, where they face CUSC 07G Premier OP (IL) for an early encounter at 7:00 AM CDT. CUSC 07G Premier OP concluded group play at the top of their bracket, recording three consecutive wins on a 9-1 advantage in goals.

SCOR 11 GU13 Lady Mustangs (13U Girls) also compiled a 1-1-1 record in their group, but they were ultimately edged out in points as the deciding factor for the second-place representative of their bracket.
