Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA) has been well represented at the US Youth Soccer Southern Presidents Cup, with four affiliated teams advancing past group play and into the semifinals of the regional tournament on Monday. TSSA teams that punched their tickets to the semifinal round include SCOR 11 GU13 Lady Mustangs (13U Girls), TSC Williamson 2008 Girls Showcase (16U Girls), TSC Williamson 2007 Girls Showcase (17U Girls) and JCFC 2008B Black (16U Boys).
SCOR 11 GU13 Lady Mustangs (13U Girls) advanced to the semifinals after winning their group, recording nine points off three straight victories and a 5-0 goal differential. After a second-place finish in their group, TSC Williamson 2008 Girls Showcase (16U Girls) moves onto the semifinal round as well. TSC Williamson registered six points on a 2-1 record, outscoring their opponents by a tally of 8-4. TSC Williamson 2007 Girls Showcase (17U Girls) is also playing in the semifinals on Monday after six points (2-1 record) and a 6-3 goal differential secured the runner-up spot in their group.
Heading into the boys semifinals is JCFC 2008B Black, who are representing Tennessee in the 16U Division. JCFC 2008B Black won their group behind a six-point performance (2-1 record) while outscoring their opposition, 6-3.

TSSA teams that advanced to the USYS Southern Presidents Cup but unfortunately saw their run end after group play include 2010 Lady Lobos Rush Elite (14U Girls), Germantown Lady Legends 09 (15U Girls), NUSA G07 Maroon (17U Girls), Lincoln Futbol Club G18U (18U Girls), TSC Sumner 05/06 Showcase (19U Girls), TUSC 2011 Boys (13U Boys), 2010 Lobos Rush (14U Boys), NUSA B09 Navy (15U Boys), One Knox 07B Orange (17U Boys), NUSA B06 Navy (18U Boys) and All-In FC TN 05/06 Boys (19U Boys).
