The season one finale of A Cup of bELieve Podcast Presented by the Teachers Insurance Plan of New Jersey is now available, as host Eric LeGrand interviews legendary pro wrestler and WWE Chief Content Officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque.

After debuting in the International Wrestling Federation (IWF) in 1992, Levesque joined World Championship Wrestling (WCW) two years later. He then signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in 1995, where the professional wrestling world was first introduced to the character of Hunter Hearst Helmsley (later rebranded as Triple H). Levesque quickly established himself as one of the most prominent wrestlers in the industry, also co-founding the extremely popular D-Generation X to help usher in the “Attitude Era” that occurred during that timeframe.

Levesque won his first WWE championship in 1999 and was regularly showcased in the main event of major shows, including seven appearances in the feature match of WrestleMania. His illustrious career saw him win 14 world championships, and he was also a two-time Royal Rumble winner and King of the Ring champion. Levesque was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as an individual in 2011 and again as part of D-Generation X in 2019.

Outside the ring, Levesque has established himself as one of the most brilliant minds in the sport as well. The creator of NXT, which is the developmental brand of WWE, he officially began his executive career in 2010 while still competing inside the ring. He stepped into an Executive Vice President Role the following year, and he has continually moved up the corporate ranks at WWE since that initial promotion. Most recently, Levesque was named the Head of Creative and Chief Content Officer for the WWE. In this role, he oversees the WWE creative writing, talent relations, live events, talent development and creative services departments.

Presented by the Teachers Insurance Plan of New Jersey and produced by Malka Sports, A Cup of bELieve Podcast features Eric LeGrand speaking to athletes, entertainers and other notable individuals as they share stories of trials, perseverance and success. In addition to Triple H, season one has featured exclusive interviews with Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Strahan, award-winning actor Bryan Cranston, Premier Lacrosse League co-founder Paul Rabil, two-time FIFA World Player of the Year Carli Lloyd and Super Bowl champion Ryan Clark. All episodes are all available now on YouTube and across all major audio platforms.

The presenting sponsor of A Cup of bELieve Podcast is the Teachers Insurance Plan of New Jersey, and a special highlight in each episode surrounds a question by LeGrand where guests share a story about a teacher or mentor who positively impacted their lives.

In October 2010, LeGrand sustained a spinal cord injury at his C3 and C4 vertebrae while playing football for Rutgers University. Since that life-altering incident occurred, he has become a worldwide source of inspiration whose message of positivity has influenced a countless number of people throughout the world. Additionally, LeGrand has developed an incredible business and professional acumen, becoming an established entrepreneur, motivational speaker, sports analyst, philanthropist and author. Along with hosting his own podcast, he also recently launched his own coffee brand, LeGrand Coffee House, and his own brand of bourbon, Eric LeGrand Whiskey.

On the charitable side, his philanthropic organization Team LeGrand has raised nearly two million dollars for the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation. Additionally, the Rutgers graduate was recognized by Sports Illustrated with its 2011 Best Moment Award, and he was also presented with the Jimmy V Award for Perseverance at the 2012 ESPY Awards. Further, he was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2017, receiving the Warrior Award.
