The Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA) has announced a partnership with Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA), making TOA an official sports medicine partner of the state association and the presenting partner of the Tennessee Olympic Development Program (ODP). Going forward, TOA will also serve as the lead sports medicine and orthopedic partner for TSSA events held in the Eastern and Middle Regions of Tennessee.
“We are thrilled about our new partnership with TOA,” said Hans Hobson, Chief Operating Officer of the Tennessee State Soccer Association. “Expert Orthopedic advice from a trusted and reliable name is something we look for. This partnership will allow our membership to get valuable information and help and offer a trusted practice when needed.”
As part of the relationship, TOA will be providing athletic trainers for TSSA events in their geographical location, including State Cup, Adult State Cup and ODP. Additionally, TOA will serve as the sports medicine partner of Tennessee State Cup, administrating onsite training and healthcare professional support. TOA will also produce educational content for TSSA membership that focuses on topics such as health, wellness and injury prevention. Further, TOA will be integrated into the TSSA coaching education program as an official partner.

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance currently operates more than 30 locations throughout Middle Tennessee, and 70+ doctors are affiliated with their practice. In addition to their inpatient clients, TOA also works with more than 30 sports teams, high schools and colleges throughout the region, including the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League.
