The Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA) has the dates set for its Annual Awards Dinner and Annual General Meeting. The TSSA Annual Awards Dinner will be hosted on Friday, February 3rd, followed up by the TSSA Annual General Meeting the next day.
“We look forward to honoring the award winners from the 2021/2022 seasonal year,” said Hans Hobson, Chief Operating Officer of the Tennessee State Soccer Association. “The TSSA Annual Awards Dinner will be a great celebration of so many accomplishments throughout the youth soccer community in Tennessee this past year.”
Each year, the Tennessee State Soccer Association hosts its Annual Awards Dinner, where players, teams, coaches, referees, and volunteers are recognized for outstanding performances and contributions to youth soccer in the state.
Award recipients will be honored in the following categories at the TSSA Annual Awards Dinner:
- Boys Competitive Coach of the Year
- Girls Competitive Coach of the Year
- Recreation Coach of the Year
- Volunteer of the Year (Presented by Soccer Village)
- Administrator of the Year (Presented by Publix)
- TOPSoccer Coach of the Year
- TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year
- Young Male Referee of the Year
- Young Female Referee of the Year
- Referee Trail Blazer
Following the TSSA Annual Awards Dinner, the Tennessee State Soccer Association will conduct its 2023 Annual General Meeting the next day, where it will host member leagues, member clubs, partners and key decision makers. At the annual gathering, TSSA membership will receive program updates and hear from candidates who are running for positions within its Board of Directors. Club and league leadership should have already received information regarding the 2023 TSSA Annual General Meeting, but any questions can be addressed by emailing the state office.
