The Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA) announced that it has joined etrainu and US Youth Soccer as part of USYS University.
“We are very excited about the opportunities that etrainu and US Youth Soccer University will provide TSSA and our membership in the future,” said Hans Hobson, Chief Operating Officer of the Tennessee State Soccer Association.
US Youth Soccer University is the first-ever gathering of resources designed to educate members on a multitude of subjects so they can perform better on and off the field of play. TSSA is currently implementing USYS University for its membership and will onboard coaches, administrators, officials, players and parents over the coming months. Through this new partnership with etrainu and USYS University, TSSA aims to be an innovator in grassroots development, both on and off the field.
Alongside the existing national curriculum, TSSA will utilize USYS University to offer a number of state specific courses, initially focused on coach development. The combination of the national and state curriculum will create a lasting impact for players, parents, coaches, officials and administrators.
“We are excited to welcome Tennessee State Soccer Association to the USYS University,” said Cameron O’Riordan, VP Sales & Revenue at etrainu. “Their passion to pioneer and innovate for their community perfectly matches the vision of the University.”
TSSA will first welcome club leadership into USYS University before expanding to coaches and administrators. Stay tuned for additional information about this exciting partnership over the coming weeks and months.
