Two Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA) have advanced to the US Youth Soccer Southern Presidents Cup Finals on Tuesday, with SCOR 11 GU13 Lady Mustangs (13U Girls) and TSC Williamson 2007 Girls Showcase (17U Girls) securing their spot after semifinal wins on Monday. By reaching the final round of the regional competition, both teams have officially earned a spot in the National Presidents Cup that will take place next month in Wichita, Kansas.
SCOR 11 GU13 Lady Mustangs (13U Girls) advanced to the semifinals after winning their group, recording nine points off three straight victories and a 5-0 goal differential. The Lady Mustangs then recorded their fourth consecutive shutout in the Southern Presidents Cup Semifinals on Monday, blanking SA City 11/12G Red (STX) by a tally of 1-0. They will now represent Tennessee in the 13U Girls Final on Tuesday when they face Union 10 FC 2011 Girls (AL).
Also advancing the Southern Presidents Cup Finals on Tuesday is TSC Williamson 2008 Girls Showcase, who earned their spot in the semifinals after earning six points (2-1 record) on a 6-3 goal differential to lock up the second-place spot in their group. TSC Williamson brought the energy on Monday in a semifinal match-up against NCFCY White North G (NC), blanking the North Carolina side by a tally of 2-0. Next up for TSC Williamson is a Tuesday meeting with CSC EAGLES 2007G (LA), where the two teams will battle for the 17U Girls Championship.

Two additional TSSA teams also reached the semifinal round of the Southern Presidents Cup, with TSC Williamson 2008 Girls Showcase (16U Girls) falling to Blitz Academy FC 08 Girls Premier (OK) and JCFC 2008B Black (16U Boys) coming up short against 08B LA FIRE RED (LA).
